the location was acceptable it was close to a metro station.
the air conditioning did not work . the receptionist indicated the heating facilities were active, preventing the ac from functioning. the receptionist suggested opening the windows to sleep. i did not expect such a response from this hotel. i paid more than neighboring hotels but was forced to sleep with the windows open.

the location was very convenient. it was near transportation options. the staff were helpful. they helped us with directions.. breakfast had a good variety of food.
the room was somewhat small. there wasn't much space for luggage. the air conditioning seemed difficult to adjust. it wasn't always easy to get the temperature right.

Central Location with Great Service

The location was excellent near both the airport bus stops and metro stations. I found the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
The air conditioning did not seem to work effectively resulting in the room becoming stuffy

The hotel provides slippers and robes in the bathroom, not common in other 4-star hotels I have stayed at. The design in the halls and rooms has a modern aesthetic. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.
