organized space helpful staff easy access
i appreciated the clean, well-organized space in my room. the staff was flexible with requests and quick to help. the location near universidad metro station made getting around easy.

the reception service was acceptable.
the room was too warm and the air conditioning did not work. apparently, that was the hotel policy. it was very frustrating.

faulty air conditioning unhelpful receptionist
the location was acceptable it was close to a metro station.
the air conditioning did not work . the receptionist indicated the heating facilities were active, preventing the ac from functioning. the receptionist suggested opening the windows to sleep. i did not expect such a response from this hotel. i paid more than neighboring hotels but was forced to sleep with the windows open.

metro station small balcony larger bathroom
the hotel was very close to the metro station (universitat). i appreciated the small balcony in the room, it was great for fresh air. the bathroom was larger than expected for a hotel of this type.

convenient location helpful staff small room air conditioning
the location was very convenient. it was near transportation options. the staff were helpful. they helped us with directions.. breakfast had a good variety of food.
the room was somewhat small. there wasn't much space for luggage. the air conditioning seemed difficult to adjust. it wasn't always easy to get the temperature right.

Central Location with Great Service
excellent location smooth process comfortable stay breakfast variety
The location was excellent near both the airport bus stops and metro stations. I found the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
The air conditioning did not seem to work effectively resulting in the room becoming stuffy

The hotel provides slippers and robes in the bathroom, not common in other 4-star hotels I have stayed at. The design in the halls and rooms has a modern aesthetic. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.
